Do you require a deposit?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of signing in order to secure the event date and services. This retainer compensates Lively Party Co. for time spent planning, designing, communicating with client, sourcing & purchasing materials, and preparing for the event. Because work begins and materials may be purchased upon booking, this retainer is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. If booking occurs within 7 days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable, as it secures the event date and covers planning, design time, client communication, and any materials purchased or reserved for the event.

If the Client cancels more than 7 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded. If the Client cancels within 7 days of the event date, no refund will be issued, as Lively Party Co. has reserved the event date, scheduled labor, and may have already purchased or prepared materials specifically for the event.

For bookings made within 7 days of the event date, all payments are non-refundable once made. No refunds will be issued once materials have been delivered, installed, or picked up

What is your balloon pricing?


Balloon garlands start at $18 per foot for basic designs and go up to $28 per foot for deluxe and extravagant styles. You can customize your garland with specialty balloons, foil accents, rope balloons, flowers, feathers, and more (additional charges apply).

Minimum order for delivery in the Lubbock area is $250.

A setup fee may apply depending on the complexity and location of your installation.

Delivery fees start at $30 + $1 per mile both ways, and the final amount will be quoted after your consultation.

Do you guarantee balloons for outdoor events?

We do not guarantee balloons for outdoor installations. Balloons are extremely sensitive to outdoor elements like heat, wind, sun exposure, and humidity. These conditions may cause balloons to pop, deflate, or oxidize (lose their shine). By choosing an outdoor setup, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We recommend shaded or indoor placement whenever possible.

General Balloon Care:

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and extreme temperatures.

Photo Booth Outdoor Use Policy:
Photo booths may be used outdoors only if weather permits and the setup area is completely covered, level, and protected from wind, sun, and moisture. We reserve the right to cancel or modify setup if outdoor conditions are unsafe or could damage equipment.

If weather conditions become unsuitable after setup, Lively Party Co. is not liable for interruptions in service or damage caused by weather. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We typically set up the morning of your event or 1–3 hours before your start time, based on our delivery schedule. We'll confirm your delivery time the week of the event.

Latest pickup is 11 PM.

If a later pickup is needed, a $50 late pickup fee applies.

Need a custom delivery or pickup time? Just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Lubbock, Wolfforth, Woodrow, and surrounding areas.
An additional delivery fee applies to surrounding areas including:
New Home, Shallowater, Idalou, Slaton, Ropesville, Smyer, New Deal, and Ransom Canyon.

For deliveries outside of these locations, please contact us for a custom quote.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule up to 7 days before the event at no additional cost (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 7 days may result in a rescheduling fee to cover lost bookings or materials already ordered.

Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.

Damage/Loss Policy

Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. Fees will be assessed based on replacement or repair costs. This includes items left at set up.

On-Site Conduct

Lively Party Co. reserves the right to stop service or remove installations if there is inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or damage occurring at the event. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Photo & Social Media Use

Client grants Lively Party Co. permission to use photos, videos, and other media captured during the event for portfolio, social media, website, and promotional purposes, unless Client provides written notice prior to the event requesting that such content not be used.

If you'd like to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

Late Payment Policy

Final payment is due 7 days before your event. A late fee of $10 per day may apply if the final payment is not received on time. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if final payment is not made within 48 hours of the event.

What is your inclement weather policy?
If inclement weather (storms, heavy winds, rain, etc.) affects your outdoor event and cancellation is necessary, your rental fee will be held and you may reschedule for a future available date.
If the rescheduled date is also canceled due to weather, you may choose a new date or request a refund, minus the 50% non-refundable retainer.


Lively Party Co. reserves the right to cancel any setup if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
